Italy and Lebanon Exchange Views on Disability and Social Protection

Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli met Lebanon's Minister of Social Affairs, Haneen Sayed, for discussions on disability, social protection and personal autonomy.

The meeting focused on sharing experiences and exploring opportunities to strengthen cooperation between Italy and Lebanon, with the aim of placing people, their rights and future opportunities at the centre.

"Sharing experiences means creating new opportunities," Locatelli said, thanking Minister Sayed for the constructive discussion and her willingness to engage.
